MY BODY IMAGE
The body, a challenging subject for some, burdened with heavy labels defined by society, culture, and the media.
"Too much of this, not enough of that"... So many negative thoughts revolve around our bodies, creating insecurities. However, our body is our most faithful companion!
What if we changed our perspective and simply took the time to connect with our bodies, in a compassionate and safe environment, without necessarily passing judgment?
In a small group of 3, we will explore the different aspects of our bodies through movement, art, writing, and relaxation.
Join us on Mondays
From 9 am to 10 am
In Moka.
The cost is Rs. 2,000 for 4 sessions
THE "AUTREMENT" PROJECT
The "Autrement" Project is a collaborative effort by Louise E-Noël, Occupational Therapist, and Manon, Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist.
The objective of this project is to bring together individuals facing difficulties and/or living with disabilities, in order to create, progress, and work towards long-term well-being and independence together.
Our two therapists offer moments where thinking, doing, creating, building, and learning to live differently are at the heart of their sessions. Gardening, animal care, construction, and other activities that promote respect for nature and animals await you.
Young individuals are encouraged to participate on a regular basis to maintain a therapeutic relationship and to support their personal growth and that of their families.
Rates:
Trial sessions: Rs. 1,500
Monthly subscription: Rs. 1,300 per session, totaling Rs. 5,200 for 4 weeks
They are available every Friday in Moka. Please contact autrement.lm@gmail.com directly for the schedule of different groups.
